Working Process:
- Park the vehicle on four movable jacks in the working area.
- Finish Cleaning -Sanding-Priming paint-Masking in prep station.
- Finish finishing paint& Baking in SPray booth.
- Vehicles move between prep station and spray booth on the four movable jacks.
- Vehicles move through the folding door between prep station and spray booth.
Structure:
- Painting and baking are working separately in the line, vehicles can move through from folding door inside. With close curtain at two sides of optional prep station.
- This line consists of painting room, baking room, rails and movable jacks. Pre station and infrared light are for option.
- Panting room and baking room are connected in parallel. Ventilation and heating system placed at rear.
- The transition in different area is realized by moving vehicles along the jacks.
- Pull & push folding door is standard door and sectional suspending door for option.
- If specified with vertical suspending door, the height of workshop should be at least 5800mm.
The development history of Guangli Multi-bays painting line:
- In 2007, Guangli R&D department developed the first movable preparation room for vehicle repairing.
- In 2008, Guangli R&D department developed the first Auto body Works painting lines with multi-bays which was revolutionarily innovation and set a typical sample in domestic painting & baking working field. This achievement filled the gap of this field in China and explored an effective way to increase the working efficiency.
- Guangli Auto body works painting line are applied popularly in large-scale vehicle maintenance center and 4S shops such as Guangzhou Honda, Guangzhou Toyota, Dongfeng Nissan, Ford, BMW Southchina, JAC, etc.
- Guangli also took part in the construction of the biggest vehicle maintenance center -- Chengdu Jingdian center.( 8 lines for low &medium level repairing and 1 line for heavy repairing, maintenance volume reaches 3800pcs/month)

All our Spray Booth, Painting Booths have passed the Europe CE certification, CCS certificate and passed the testing by Guangdong Technical Institution.
